He is on top of newest listing and little hidden gems as per our find, he was available even through out his vacation with prompt replies and having all the latest digital signature made it easy for all of us. It was a memorable moment when another agent took us 50%through the property and (Rob knowing us could see we wanted to see more) the other agent in his 4x4 truck said we could walk the rest but Rob assessed the area said jump in and made it up the hill through the tall over grown brush just barely able to see the path to the top all in his little awd Element. Me and my wife had a talk with Rob via recommendation from some friends of ours that had recently used him. We told him we were entertaining the idea of buying property and selling our home but were undecided on the when and what that we wanted to do. Within the week Rob shows us a piece of property that we fell in love with, tells us what we can get for our home, goes through all the math with us and the next thing we know our "idea" became a reality.
