Rob was available on a Sunday morning to show us a wonderful studio near the school that turned out to perfect. This man does what he says he will and works with you at all times. Overall he gets the job done, thank you Rob.It was a hard house to sell and I had two other realtors who couldn't sell it but Rob had offers within the month, that's when it got complicated working with the bank (Ocwin) who would take along time to respond and even relisted it at one time which completely slowed it down but Rob and his team hung in there and saw it through to the end.L
